«Circumventing the law» in civil law: the form of abuse of law or an independent legal structure?

Article is devoted to consideration of a phenomenon of circumvention of the law in civil law, the main problems and contradictions in a conceptual framework of the given legal design in the conditions of transformation of the Russian legal system and improvement of the civil legislation.
